Return Process

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the bottle or tube is tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory receives and inspects the return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
